[Olympus] Target chamber and beamline under vacuum

Dear Colleagues,

	The OLYMPUS target chamber, beamline, and vacuum system has been successfully installed on the DORIS ring over the last 10 days.  The pumps have been turned on and the vacuum is down to the 10**-7 scale.

	Congratulations to Jim Kelsey, Chris Vidal, and Brian O'Rourke from MIT, the DESY vacuum group, and the DORIS Hall staff for getting this all completed in such a short period of time.
