[Olympus] Automatic rootfile conversion

Dear colleagues,

the automatic conversion of new datafiles to root is now implemented. 
Depending on the size of the datafile the ROOT file should automatically 
appear in the ROOTfiles directory within approx 30 min after the run ended.
Please note that the file will appear earlier, but it will be incomplete since 
conversion is in progress. This will be improved in a later iteration.
