[Olympus] rates in TOFs

Dear Alexander, 

Yes, I know that there is a potential conflict.

We should however start assembling the support. I suspect that this won't
as easy as we hope. 
It might be useful to install the complete shielding before the shutdown, 
in order to check how the background will change.
