[Olympus] BBQ

Dear Colleagues,

	The collaboration dinner will be held Tuesday evening at a restaurant yet to be specified.  Before the dinner there will be a tour of the Hamburg Harbour narrated by our own Jan Hauschildt.

	However, on Monday evening, after the first day of the collaboration meeting around 18:00 we will have an informal BBQ on the grass outside guest house 3.  Some food and drink will be provided for which we request a 5 euro donation payable to me or Jan Bernauer.  You can of course bring some food and drink yourself.  The BBQ, etc. are provide thanks to Jan Hauschildt.
