[Olympus] New CAD files and PDF files.

Hi,

	There is a new CAD STEP file in http://web.mit.edu/OLYMPUS/CAD.html and a new PDF file in http://web.mit.edu/OLYMPUS/Figures.html showing a preliminary layout for the new beampipe and vacuum system to accommodate the symmetric Moller detector.  This follows discussions between David Rodriguez and Jim Kelsey over the past few days.
