Dear colleagues,

I am pleased to inform you that the agenda for the upcoming PRC meeting
to be held on 29/30 April 2010 in Hamburg is almost final with nearly
all speakers nominated. The agenda (indico) is available from the main
PRC website:

http://prc.desy.de/e38/e63699/

The open session will be from 09:00-16:00 on Thursday, 29 April 2010
followed by the first closed session. The second closed session will be
held on Friday, 30 April 2010 from 09:00-14:00. We expect a special
guest in the open session, Professor Michel Davier (IDAG chair), to talk
about the status and future process of the ILC detector concepts.

Speakers, please upload all talks for the open session to the indico
agenda server latest on Wednesday, 28 April 2010 at 8pm! The
modification key to the indico server is prc69.

As usual there will be a common PRC dinner in the evening of 29th April
in the DESY Bistro. All Speakers, guests and closed session participants
are welcome to join the PRC committee.

Please note that all group leaders are requested to inform Petra
Hendrikman-Verstegen (mailto:petra.hendrikman-verstegen at desy.de) how
many of your group are planning to attend the dinner - we need an
estimate of the food !

Finally, I would like to ask you to circulate and advertize the open
session agenda to all relevant colleagues and visitors at DESY and
encourage them, in particular young people, to attend the open session.
