[Olympus] OLYMPUS Phone Meeting, 14 May

Dear Colleague,

	We will have a phone meeting on Thursday, May 14 at 14:00 German CEST  
time (08:00 Boston time).

	The phone number to call is 617-324-7520.  People phoning from inside  
MIT need only dial the last 5 digits.

	The purpose of this meeting is to discuss strategy regarding funding  
and to establish firm commitments regarding the tasks and  
responsibilities particularly for DORIS modifications before the DESY  
Extended Scientific Council meeting 18-19 May.

	For reference I have attached a slightly modified list of tasks as  
presented by Uwe Schneekloth at the last meeting at DESY.
