Dear OLYMPUS colleagues,
You should have received a copy of my message to the technical review committee
members directing them to the August 31st draft of our OLYMPUS TDR at

I want to thank all who read the previous draft of the document and sent
comments on such sort notice. All the comments were valuable and the document
has significantly improved.  Now we turn to the preparation for the review. 
Within a couple of days we will develop a detailed agenda for the meetings at
DESY from the afternoon of Sunday September 13th to Wednesday September 16th.
