[mosh-users] Unnecessary clear screen

Hi Mike,

Thanks for your kind words! Unfortunately we have to know what's on
the screen at all times to be able to act as an intermediary. GNU
screen and tmux also unfortunately clear the screen on startup for
this reason.

BUT you can preserve your scrollback history with the approach cooked
up by this other user:

https://github.com/keithw/mosh/issues/123 (Don't clear screen on mosh
connection)
