Downstream speaking : I would strongly suggest that you don't overwrite
published tags/tarballs.  This kind of change breaks the setups of
people who care and verify checksums.  Even if most if not all of those
downstreams have a way to handle this situation, it's an unnecessary
burden.  A new release (1.4.0a or 1.4.1) seems appropriate.

That being said, thanks to all involved in this new release!
Works fine on OpenBSD-current, architectures tested for now: amd64 and
riscv64.
