Hi John;

I've been interacting with Richard off-list (I meant to cc: the list, but
seems to have not worked). We've resolved the hostname issue (he dropped
some manual entries into his /etc/hosts) and the --server was also
successful already.

One final issue of a Windows7 not running SSH service (Connection Refused
on tcp/22) -- I know it's no longer a Mosh issue, but do you guys know how
Windows7 is supposed to have a ssh server running? I didn't think it had a
SSH server, which means Richard might be using some custom builder like a
Brew or Ports collection.
