We are a new consulting company that was formed from several individuals with over 15 years of Legal experience individually who want to work together to provide the best IT service and support possible for attorneys and law firms. If you have any projects you have been putting off due to budget issues or resource constraints, feel free to use us to get something done!     

    

We have a wide range of IT support and consulting expertise on staff. As we are a new consulting company dedicated to helping law firms, we are offering 8 hours of free consulting with no strings attached. If you would like, you can use us for 8 free hours and never use us again as there is no obligation.     

    

We are offering 8 hours of free support to build our customer base and allow new clients to try us out and ensure that you like our work and our service. We also have an introductory rate for 2 months of $80 hr. for any type of IT consulting work needed.    

    

Also, I have included a list of our experts and their experience so you get an idea of the type of work we can perform for your firm. We specialize in working exclusively with law firms and have a unique IT skillset to offer:    

    

 Sr. Systems Engineer    

o Our Sr. Systems Engineer can work on everything from servers and routers to firewalls and security projects. He is also capable of programming many popular brands of firewalls and is a Microsoft Certified Engineer and is well versed in all Microsoft-related products including Exchange Server (Outlook). Our Sr. Systems Engineer handles all infrastructure-related projects and has 20 years experience as a Microsoft Certified Engineer as well as working with law firms.     

    

 Security Auditor and Expert    

o We have a team member on staff that specializes in PCI, HIPPA and SOX compliance. This individual has worked with major corporations including a 50,000 employee corporation based in Minneapolis to develop a PCI compliance program which is used worldwide to bring the corporation into PCI compliance at the request of their banks. This individual also has extensive experience in auditing companies and developing security plans to bring firms and companies into compliance. We have also worked with firms to bring firms into HIPPA compliance as well.     

    

 Helpdesk and PC Technician    

o Our PC and Help desk Technician helps companies with PCs, Helpdesk supplemental staffing and other PC/user based needs. He also handles paperwork and projects that are IT-related. For example, he has been hired to go through IT invoices and perform inventories, audits, etc.    

    

 SQL/E-Billing/FRx Replacement/Financial Expert    

o I have a member on my team who is an Enterprise expert as well as a financial reporting and Business Intelligence expert. We have developed an FRx replacement for Elite Enterprise and have it running in many law firms to date. We also have reporting solutions and other SQL-based products and technologies. We can help clients with Enterprise, 3E and their reporting needs. We also have an e-billing product and canned reporting product for firms as well. Our SQL expert can help with most reporting needs and also can interface his tools to any Accounting/Time  Billing system.    

    

 Applications/Docketing/Training and Document Expert    

o I have another member of my team who is a legal applications expert who also knows document automation and templates. She also is an expert trainer and has over 20 years in legal training and helping firms with application rollouts and document automation. She is an expert at front end applications.
