[mosh-devel] Changes to "agent forward repo"

Hi All

I originally didn't properly fork Keith's main repo and therefore I
wasn't able to generate pull requests.  So I had to make my temporary
repo again by properly forking the original one (which became now
https://github.com/rinne/mosh) and then nuked the old temporary repo
(that was https://github.com/rinne/mosh-af).

Agent stuff therefore is now in ssh-agent-forwarding branch of
https://github.com/rinne/mosh and the corresponding pull request is
https://github.com/keithw/mosh/pull/422
