Mosh doesn't allow for any kind of port forwarding. The only way I can see that it'd work is if your app actually runs on the server as a console app that you could run inside screen/tmux. (ie, if it was a ncurses app or similar) So it's not something that really works with a web app, especially if you need to tunnel it over SSH.
