[mosh-devel] mosh 1.1.3 released

Hi Christine,

We released mosh 1.2. This polishes a number of rough edges, adds
locale-passing for people who don't have it in their SSH
configuration, gives more helpful error messages, fixes a bunch of
bugs, and adds an "-ssh=" option for people to specify arguments to
ssh (like the port number).

Could you please upload to Debian at your convenience?
