[mosh-devel] Added rhel/centos

hi,

I'm looking into making packages for mosh in EPEL. I've already submitted an el6 package, it should land in testing tonight. I believe that the bswap patches are sufficient for mosh to build in el5, but I've not yet had a chance to etst.

If it requires to install stuff from tarballs, few people will use it.
