[Mobilepartners] Email subfolders in Blackberry BES

When I switch to subfolders of e-mail on my Blackberry 9600, I can't see any e-mail within those subfolders, even though the e-mail there is less than 30 days old. Do I have to select subfolders beyond the inbox for synchronization, and if so, where do I do it within Blackberry OS 6?

I'm using MIT's BES server. Any ideas / suggestions?
