[Mobilepartners] Mobile Partners Meeting: MIT SMS Preview

Greetings!

The Mobile Partners User Group is meeting next week Tuesday (3/17) 12  
pm - 1 pm at N42 Demo Center.

The main agenda of the meeting is to preview the MIT SMS service. It  
will be an informal meeting to demonstrate the new service that will  
be available to the community in the near future.

MIT SMS service is designed to allow students, faculty, and staff to  
use text messaging to quickly obtain information about the Shuttle  
Schedule, People Directory, and Stellar announcements. To learn more

We will also provide an update on the latest trends in the mobile  
industry that affect the MIT community including new MIT/COMA  
agreements with Verizon Wireless and AT&T that will provide additional  
savings for the community. (more formal announcement will go out in  
the near future.)
