[Mobilepartners] certificates

I am trying to load certificates onto my sprint mogul to access secure sites.  It seems to load the MIT certificate ok but when I try to load the personal certificate I get an error when it tries to generate the personal key.  I use opera as my default browser but got the same error with IE.
Any ideas?
