[Mobilepartners] FYI: SyncML/Techtime Problem.

Hello All,

It has come to our attention that there is an issue with SyncML syncing with MIT Techtime server today (Example Error Msg: Access Denied). We have confirmed this error on both PalmOS and Window Mobile devices. At this point we are still unsure of the reason behind this but we are in contact with OIS to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
