For those of you interested in an "iPhone-like" software keyboard for 
Windows Mobile devices, there is a new product "TouchPal" that might be of 
interest:

The product works with any Windows Mobile device (5 or higher) with touch 
screen and QVGA (or VGA) screen (e.g. Verizon XV-6700, Sprint PPC-6700 and 
6800, T-Mobile MDA and Wing, and AT&T 8125, 8525, and 8925).

The product is currently available for free (until 12/8/2007).
