[mitreid-connect] banned IP

Hello,

in the last two weeks I played a lot with your OpenID Connect Test
Provider, https://mitreid.org, as part of a short introduction to OpenID
Connect RPs development.

As a result, and to be fair  unsurprisingly, the IP of my workstation
has been banned. The IP being 131.114.2.154. Is there anything I can do
to get un-banned?
