[mitreid-connect] New development branch

Development has begun on version 1.3 of MITREid Connect. We hope that this will give us a good opportunity to comb through pull requests and issues that would have broken backwards compatibility if applied to 1.2. Core development continues on the “master” branch in GitHub.

Development of the 1.2 series is now moved to the “1.2.x” branch. 1.2 remains the recommended production version for the time being.

There is no release schedule for 1.3.0 at this time.
