[mitreid-connect] Mitre OpenID Connect Logout

Hi,

I am using Mitre OpenID Connect as a user management system for several websites.  I’d like to be able to call the logout function from each of my websites, and be forwarded to a each websites homepage after logging out of OpenID Connect.  Is there a technique you recommend for doing this (redirect)?
