[mitreid-connect] Deleting a user

Howdy,

A client is testing a CAC-protected implementation of MITREid that we're running, and wants to record a true "first-time-use" experience. To that end, he is requesting that his user account be removed completely.

As far as I know, there is no admin-UI or user-UI way of doing that. Checking on the API documentation, I don't see a way to delete a user account that way either.

Is deleting a row from the DB the only alternative?
