[mitreid-connect] Release 1.2.2

Version 1.2.2 has just been released to Maven Central. This is mainly a bug fix release to take care of a few things that cropped up in 1.2.1, with a couple of minor enhancements as well. Changes include:

 - Removal of legacy CSRF that was breaking client approval page
 - Improved error messages and UI text
 - Upgrades of Hikari and Nimbus libraries
 - Indexes for HSQL and Postgres
 - Updates to Jetty configuration
 - Better processing for login_hint in both client and server (avoids URLs in the login box)
 - Upgrade to maven BOM version tracking
 - Added qualifiers to persistence units and transaction managers (allows for integration with multiple persistence units)
 - Added cleanup functions for duplicated tokens
 - Added scope-based authorities mapper for introspection service
 - Other minor bug fixes and UI updates throughout the codebase

These changes have not been backported to other branches.

In addition, the JSON Web Key Generator has a new release of 0.2 that includes an update to the new version of the Nimbus library.
