[mitreid-connect] Client - Resource

Hi,
I'm interested to use the "OpenID-Connect-Java-Spring-Server", I have it running in a server but I'm having some problems using the client library, basically I'm trying to define tow resources where both can make call between them and an web application (client) can consume both resources as well. The thing is I have the client working using the oic/oauth2 server provider but when I try to call any resource the call fails, why? I'm not sure. 
Please, find attached the applicationContext-security configuration that I have defined.Another point that I would like to ask you is about how to register a resource using the "UMA Server", the thing is when I try to register a resource the application give me all the information to be used by the application (clientID) ... but its show it like a clint in the interface and in the "Manage Protected Resources Policies"
doesn't appear ... I'm not sure about how it work ...

I'm not an security specialist, I'm trying to learn security and OIC/Oauth2 specification at same time to now how this server work ...Can you help me?
