[mitreid-connect] Difference between Client and Site

Using the OpenID Connect Server UI, I’m having a hard time understanding the difference between “clients” and “sites”. Could someone help translate those terms into OpenID Connect terms. I think “client” is a relaying party. But I can’t figure out what “approved sites” means.
