Did you miss one of our GIS workshops this month? We have the materials posted on our web site<http://libguides.mit.edu/previousgisworkshops> from all our most recent workshops.

Want more GIS training?

A few area colleges are offering GIS workshops (for a fee) this summer and fall:
Hunter College: Free and Open Source GIS<http://www.hunter.cuny.edu/ce/gis>
UNH: Summer Spatial Teacher Institutes<http://extension.unh.edu/GISGPS/Training-Schedule>
UConn: Intro to GIS and Intro to GPS/Web Mapping<http://clear.uconn.edu/%5C/geospatial/class/index.htm>

ESRI also offers self-paced online courses<http://libguides.mit.edu/aecontent.php?pid=347508&sid=2844940> about a variety of ArcGIS topics. Members of the MIT Community can access all the online courses for free (email us to get an access code for each course you want to take). Some are available for free to the general public as well.

Cheers,

Jennie
