[mitgis] update on GIS help hours and new data

Hi,

I hope everyone is enjoying the summer so far. We have a reduced help hours schedule in the GIS lab until September: Mon-Fri: 2-3pm.

Alternative Help Hours:
**On Wednesdays 6/19 and 6/26, lab hours will be moved to 3-4pm due to staff meetings.

New Data:
**We recently loaded 2011 Census data for Indian states and districts. You can find the data layers here: http://goo.gl/tXZy7
