Amnesty International's Northeast Regional Office has launched a series of
vigils this month. The vigils are a response to the executive order known
as the Muslim Ban.

The time of the vigil commemorates the signing of the executive order known
as the Muslim Ban at 4:30 on Friday, January 27th.
