[Mitai-announce] A Long Day's Dying: Genocide by Attrition in Darfur

Hi everyone,

I hope you have heard by now that we are sponsoring a major event on the 
situation unfolding in the Darfur region of Sudan.  Our guest speaker is 
Professor Eric Reeves, who is among the world's leading experts on Sudan 
and has written extensively on Darfur.  Furthermore we will be engaging in 
a direct action to protect the civilians in Darfur by urging our 
congressman, Michael Capuano, to champion the cause of funding the African 
Union force now in place and the cause of the deployment of UN 
peacekeepers.
