[Mitai-announce] Refugee and Indigenous Rights: Human Rights in Northern Thailand

Hello all,

I encourage all of you to attend a panel discussion on human rights issues in
northern Thailand that we are co-sponsoring this Thursday along with MIT's
Program on Human Rights and Justice (PHRJ).  A more official-sounding 
annoucement will be sent over the list later but I wanted to give you all a 
heads-up before that.
