Quality of Life 2026 survey is open!

Dear Postdoctoral Scholars,

If you haven’t already answered the 2026 MIT Quality of Life Survey, I encourage you to do so. The survey covers a number of issues important to postdocs such as workload, stress, wellness, mentoring and departmental climate – factors that contribute to a fulfilling and productive experience at MIT.

The survey is voluntary and confidential.  The results will be presented in aggregate in a way that protects the privacy of respondents.  Postdoctoral Services will use your aggregated responses to guide our programs and priorities.
