Research Mentoring Certificate: Applications are now open!

Dear Postdocs,

Interested in building your research mentoring skills? Want to learn how to be an effective leader and mentor for current and future teams?

Apply for one of the limited places in the Research Mentoring Certificate (RMC) IAP Session! These sessions are led by MIT facilitators trained by the Center for Improving Mentored Experiences in Research (CIMER). This is a cohort, case-study based program focusing on key topics such as:

  *   Maintaining effective communication
  *
Aligning expectations between mentee and mentor
  *
Addressing equity and inclusion in assessing mentee's understanding and skill development

You will be assigned to one of three sessions (please indicate all possible availability in the application)
Mondays, 10am-12pm - January 12, 19, 26
Wednesdays, 10am-12pm - January 14, 21, 28
Thursdays, 1pm-3pm - January 15, 22, 29
All workshops are held IN PERSON
