Dear postdocs,


A person's greatest emotional need is to feel appreciated. So if you appreciate someone, don't keep it a secret.


The MIT PDA is run by a group of postdoc volunteers who aspire to build a better environment for the postdoc community here at MIT. As we approach the final months of the current cohort of leadership, we invite you to tell them how great they did! I would also encourage you to extend your sincere appreciation to our one and only Director of Postdoctoral Services @Ann Skoczenski and program director @Alexandria Yen for the postdoc Career and Professional Development. The many MIT PDA initiatives would not have been possible without their strong support.
