PDA Sports Event // Sailing August 23rd

Dear Postdocs,

It’s time for another Sailing Event! The PDA invites you this Saturday afternoon for Sailing and BBQ at the MIT Sailing Pavilion!

Whether you already have a sailing card or have never sailed at MIT before and want an introduction, we have you covered.
This event is enabled by certified sailors who take their fellow postdocs out for a cruise! MIT Postdocs only event.

After meeting at the Pavilion at 3:45 p.m. this Saturday, August 23, we sail in groups using Tech Dinghys, 420s, and Catboats.
Join us for BBQ on the Dock afterward.


  *   Date: Saturday, August 23, 3:45 p.m.
  *   Where: MIT Sailing Pavilion, 134 Memorial Drive, Cambridge, MA 02139
  *   Sailing: Bring sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, and a change of clothes
  *   BBQ: Bring your own plate and eating utensils to reduce waste. PDA will offer various options for the grill, including vegetarian and vegan options.


Sign-ups<https://forms.gle/Lpop3pYr3tssNLmC9> close late this Thursday, and I will send confirmations to 25 randomly selected individuals by Friday (no first-come, first-served basis).

You can only attend after you've received and again acknowledged your confirmation.

If your plans change, please cancel in time to free spots for your fellow postdocs!
