Join the winners of MIT PDA's mentorship awards to learn how these MIT faculty members have learned to be effective, supportive mentors to their postdoctoral scholars. Moderated by PDA Alumni Chair, Dani Coogan, you'll have a chance to hear about their experiences mentoring students and postdocs, their strategies for effective mentoring, and insights they would like to share with you.
