Dear MIT postdocs,



Just a reminder of the PDA event "Dialogues of Postdoc Life". This event is to foster a direct communication channel between MIT postdocs and MIT administrators. The premise of this dialogue is to shed more light on the various aspects of the postdoc work and life, sharing perspectives from both sides. The ultimate goal is to enhance the postdoc life experience while postdocs pursue their next career goals at MIT.


There are, for sure, more issues that haven't been broached and we would like to invite you to raise them here and provide your perspectives. Questions are collected anonymously and some of them will be selected for discussions during this dialogue. Issues that are commonly shared among postdocs will be brought up during the VPR meetings. More importantly, please join the in-person dialogues with the PDA and the panelists.
