Dear Postdocs 

Happy 2023 to all! The PDA is looking to improve the postdoctoral onboarding at MIT for all postdocs. We separately want to assess how visas are issued for international postdocs. Currently, both are handled at the Department/Lab/Center level and subject to a lot of variation - which can affect your productivity as a researcher at MIT.
