Dear Postdocs,

As you immerse yourselves in your research projects, it can be a challenge to dedicate the time to plan strategically for your future beyond your postdoc.  To help you think ahead, we invite you to join the new MIT "Power Up My Postdoc" (PUMP) program. This 3-week program aims to help you reflect on and develop your professional goals to make the most of your postdoc position at MIT.  You will also get a chance to meet other postdocs and form a supportive community. Each session will feature interactive discussion and exercises.
