Becoming a Resilient Scientist, a series to help postdocs develop the resilience they need to navigate challenging situations at work and in life, begins next week on Thursday, April 7. Hosted by the NPA and the NIH Office of Intramural Training and Education, Becoming a Resilient Scientist will consist of five webinars, each followed by a small group discussion the following week. Each discussion will center around the resilience of postdocs and postdoc office admins but will also include ways to apply the session material as participants move towards becoming mentors in their fields. Topics include wellness, self-advocacy, mentoring, and more.
