MIT PDA Community and MIT Postdocs Slack Space

Dear MIT Postdocs,

We are happy to announce that as part of the effort to create a more efficient communication throughout our Postdocs community, we have created a Slack space on the MIT corporate Slack named “MIT Postdocs”. We invite everyone to join at this link: https://mit-postdocs.slack.com/

We envision this space to be an efficient forum for all MIT Postdocs to interact and organize/attend events as well as communicate more efficiently than emails and not rely on Facebook/WhatsApp that not everyone is using. Since most labs or MIT groups are already using Slack the adoption should be smooth ;-)

Feel free to check it, especially the channel #welcome_and_organization where everything is described. We are of course welcoming any feedback/suggestions to improve it ;-).

Feel also free to reach out to us if you want to be involved in the MIT PDA Community Building committee 😉
