Hi everyone,
The MIT Council on Family and Work has been charged with periodically surveying the MIT community to learn about our personal experiences with work and life during the pandemic. Previous survey results have generated solutions including increased support for home offices and the rollout of a 2020 childcare subsidy. The latest survey is active and I encourage everyone to respond so that your experience can be counted.
Please look for an email from MIT Council on Family and Work, which will contain your survey link. If you have questions about the survey, you can email covid19-pulse at mit.edu<mailto:covid19-pulse at mit.edu>.
Thank you for sharing your experiences, as they will ultimately help us support your postdoctoral experience.
Best,
Ann
Note from the survey developers:
--
NOTE: This survey is voluntary, and you may skip any questions that you prefer not to answer. Aggregate results of this survey will be made available to the MIT community. Please be assured that the data will be treated as confidential, and the results of any research or analysis using the data will be presented in a way that individual respondents cannot be identified. For the purpose of aggregate analysis, like calculating response rates or creating reports by subgroup, we will add some data to your survey response, such as your organizational unit.
