MIT PDA Mentoring Program 2020 is now open!!! To learn from experienced professionals about how to achieve career goals and to be better prepared before the completion of your postdoctoral training, apply here! (sign in with a gmail account)

This mentoring program will kick off in April and run until September, at the peak of hiring season in 2020. Successful applicants will be paired with mentors based on background and career goals into small groups (2~3 mentors + 8 mentees). Mentors will share valuable professional insights and have in-depth discussions about your career development through monthly informal sessions.
Mentors cover academia (for example MIT professors from various departments) and a wide range of industries and companies. To participate, please complete the online application by March 25th, 2020.
