Hi Nan,

Thank you again for continuing to support Insight’s Fellows programs. We appreciate you spreading the word to your graduating students in advance of our application deadlines.

As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to have an impact around the world, Insight has made the decision to run our summer programs remotely, in both the U.S. and Canada. Insight Fellows and our team are our first priority, and we are making this decision in the interest of protecting the health and well-being of the members of our community.

For many, this change to a remote session will offer a new opportunity to participate in Insight without physically relocating before starting a full-time position. As a result, we're extending the application deadline for our summer session to Wednesday, April 15th.

We have 5 years of experience running a successful remote Fellows Program, and have been working remotely with the Fellows from our January cohorts for the last month. Starting Salary

The average starting base salary for Insight Fellows across all our locations is $126,000. Average bonus is $12,000, and almost all Fellows receive either equity or stock grants. The average stock grant for publicly-traded companies is $26,000 per year.
