Newcomers Office Hours

Are you new to MIT and MIT Spouses & Partners Connect? Want to learn about how to participate in our meetings and groups? Have questions about childcare, jobs or English classes? Come meet the staff and ask your questions about life at MIT and in Boston. Afternoon Resets
Wednesdays, June 5, 12, 19 and July 3, 10, 24
4 p.m. at North Court
Join us at the picnic tables in MIT's North Court for a casual hangout. There will be no scheduled speakers or activities, just time to chat with new and old friends. Come to ask questions, catch up with us and other spouses who are here in the summer, or just enjoy the sunshine. Kids are welcome. If it rains we'll meet inside at the Koch Cafe. Where is North Court? It's adjacent to Stata (32) and the Koch Center (76).

Ice Cream Social
June 26 at 4 p.m. in E19-202
Summer is here so let's have some ice cream! Join us for sweet treats and the opportunity to meet new people and learn about fun things to do in Boston in the summer. Kids are welcome. This event is in collaboration with the MIT International Students Office.

Ready Set Game!
July 17 at 5 p.m. in E19-202
It's game night! We'll provide dinner and a selection of card and board games. Feel free to bring a game you want to share. Kids are welcome. This event is in collaboration with the MIT International Students Office.

Outdoor Concert
July 31 at 5 p.m. in E19-202
Join us as we go to the concert at the Hatch Shell - music will be a selection of songs and spirituals by African American composers. Meet us at E19-202 at 5:00 pm for a pizza dinner and icebreakers. Kids are welcome. This event is in collaboration with the MIT International Students Office.
