2019 MIT Postdoctoral Association Mentoring Program for MIT postdocs

[X]2019 MIT PDA Mentoring Program application deadline is approaching fast. This is your opportunity to have one to one mentoring with experienced professionals from different disciplines. This year we have mentors joining from Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Novartis, Biogen and many others and it could be your chance to make personal connections with these industry people. We would also have Professors from MIT and Harvard for postdocs interested in pursuing an academic career. This mentoring program will kick off in March and run until September, at the peak of hiring season in 2019. Successful applicants will be paired with mentors based on background and career goals into small groups (2~3 mentors + 6 mentees). Mentors will share valuable professional insights and have in-depth discussions about your career development through monthly informal sessions.
