PDA Mentoring Program for MIT Postdocs
2019 MIT PDA Mentoring Program is now open!!! To learn from experienced professionals about how to achieve career goals and to be better prepared before the completion of your postdoctoral training, apply here!<https://goo.gl/forms/3KPOfiK1yIVE1a333> (sign in with a gmail account)
This mentoring program will kick off in March and run until September, at the peak of hiring season in 2019. Successful applicants will be paired with mentors based on background and career goals into small groups (2~3 mentors + 6 mentees). Mentors will share valuable professional insights and have in-depth discussions about your career development through monthly informal sessions.
Mentors cover both academia (MIT professors from various departments) and a wide range of industries and companies. To participate, please complete the online application<https://goo.gl/forms/3KPOfiK1yIVE1a333> by Feb 15th, 2019.
