Dear Postdoc Scholars,
Several Institute Committees are seeking nominees for postdoc representatives. Membership on an Institute Committee gives you an opportunity for professional service in an area of your expertise and interest, and your viewpoint as a postdoc is important for the committees to carry out their respective missions.

To apply for committee membership, please follow these steps:
1. Consider which committee is best for your interests/expertise. Consider your schedule and be sure that you have the time to be an active committee member. Only apply if your postdoc appointment extends through the upcoming academic year.
2. Fill out the application survey here<https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/BDG3CTM>.
3. Send a copy of your CV in pdf format to annskocz at mit.edu<mailto:annskocz at mit.edu>. Use this format to name your CV file file: “CV[firstname_lastname].pdf”
The deadline to apply is Tuesday, August 20th at noon. You will be notified when your application is complete, and you will be notified in early-mid September if you have been selected for committee membership. Questions?
